Born and raised in Stockton, CA, Dean graduated from Lincoln High School in 1991 and went on to Delta College, where he received an AA degree. From there, Dean attended Fresno State and graduated Cum Laude in December 1996 with a BS in Business Administration & Management. Since 1997, Dean has amassed a wide range of experience in Sales, Management, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Development. He currently has his Real Estate License, Life & Health License and is a Certified Mortgage Planner.

Over the years, Dean has built a solid reputation in the Stockton community based on doing business with integrity, standing behind his word, as well as, earning his client’s trust by always putting their needs first. Dean prides himself on being able to teach various financial strategies and concepts and is frequently sought after for speaking engagements. Dean is also an active member of Quail Lakes Baptist Church where he currently runs the Men’s Basketball Ministry and attends a men’s bible study group. He is an active member of the Board of Director’s for the Pacific Tiger’s Athletic Association (PTAA) and received “Rookie of the Year” for his efforts on the fund drive team in 2005.

Having been married since 2001, Dean enjoys spending time at home with his wife, Radora, and their two children, Peja and Aris, In his spare time, Dean is an avid volleyball player and also enjoys coaching Aris’ basketball and flag football teams at Ben Holt College Preparatory Academy.
