Nicholas grew up in Sacramento and then lived in Montana and Alaska, before returning to Northern California in 1993. During that time he served with the US Army Armed Forces for 6 years, primarily stationed in Berlin, Germany. He is a graduate of the University of Alaska with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Nicholas has been working in the Real Estate & Lending industry for over 8 years with experience in A paper, sub prime, construction, land and commercial lending.
